Having Healthy Relationships: Boundaries, Safety , Connection and Confidence

2.png

Relationships shape our lives—whether they’re with family, friends, or partners. But they can also be tricky. In this series of workshops, we explore what healthy relationships look like, how to set healthy boundaries, and also how to recognise red flags. You’ll understand more about different attachment styles and how they influence your relationships with family, friends, and partners.

We’ll also look at how our mental health can affect the way we relate to and connect with others, how to keep yourself safe and to confidently speak up for yourself. This will help you to build safer, stronger, and more supportive connections.

Build safer, stronger, and more supportive connections.
