How it works
What will it be like?
We aim to provide a safe, compassionate environment and will meet in small groups, so that everyone has the chance to connect socially.
We often experience similar life stage transitions, and sharing these experiences can provide valuable opportunities for mutual learning and support.
Most courses will be held at at Stepping Stones Recovery College in Bracknell and these will either be in the early evening or at the weekend.
We hope these timings will make it possible for those with jobs and young families to attend. Depending on demand, we may also offer some courses online.

How many courses or workshops should I do?
Supporting your mental health is an ongoing, lifelong process and we're offering a lot for you to choose from, so please do take time to think about what really interests you most.
When courses become available, maybe initially just commit to one or two so you don’t feel overwhelmed. We can help you to clarify your goals and suggest courses and workshops that could best support these.
If you'd like to discuss anything about any of these modules, please do contact the Young Adults team.

Who Can Attend?
The courses and workshops in this new programme have been designed by and are intended primarily for young adults, aged between 16 and 25 years.
However, we welcome all enquiries, especially from those who are not within this age range, but may be supporting someone who is. They too may be welcome to attend.
