Creative and calm: relax, express myself and recharge

Take time out to breathe, create, and reconnect. These workshops use art, music, writing, nature, and mindfulness to help you express yourself, manage stress, and recharge your energy. From jamming sessions and storytelling to vision boards and mindful journaling, this is a space to have fun, be creative, and find calm in the middle of life’s pressures.

Spirituality and Hope: what works for you?

An open, inclusive space to discuss spirituality, explore personal beliefs, and find meaning and hope that supports your wellbeing.

Attending Young Adults is completely FREE and open to anyone aged between 16 and 25.

 

We are an independent charity but work closely with all local services and charities. You don’t need a referral from anyone – it’s entirely up to you to decide whether to enrol and which courses you want to attend.
