Service Description
Many young people feel pressure to “have it all figured out” - without clear space to think about what actually matters to them. This two-part course helps young adults step back, clarify their values, and set realistic goals that reflect who they are and where they want to go. Part 1: Values and Direction We will explore what drives our decisions, what motivates us, and what gives us a sense of direction. Through simple, structured exercises, we will identify our core values and begin shaping a personal sense of purpose - without pressure or expectation. Part 2: Turning Goals into Action In the second session, we will translate values into clear, practical goals. We will create a personal visual roadmap designed to keep them focused, motivated, and on track in everyday life. This isn’t just about being creative- it’s about building something useful that supports decisions, habits, and long-term direction. The course is practical, focused, and supportive. It suits any young adult who wants more clarity, motivation, and control over where they’re heading.
